For a story (I think you know that by now)The girls are british, Annora is a baby, under a year old and her sister is about 6 years old, the main setting for the story is Modern day (2018) Hampstead Village, London.
Elowen
Isabeau
Lavinia
Octavia

Rosalind
Rosamund

I think Oriana would get confusing beside Annora for me. The coincidental AN and OR.I think Elowen sounds best, but that Rosalind also sounds very fitting. None is a poor choice, but I don't feel Annora is flowery and the others seem more so if that makes sense.

Still Isabeau! Or, if you insist, Rosabel but not that fluffy Rosabelle version.

Houses are pricey in Hampstead. I used to go to Hampstead Heath a lot as a kid, and it's a beautiful place. I would expect a baby born there to have a name favoured by wealthy Brits. The only name there I can imagine that being is Rosamund.http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/Hampstead.html

Rosalind. Some feel to unusual next to Annora which isn't common but combines many common sounds. These are Elowen, Isabeau and Octavia. I don't care for Lavinia. Oriana is cute but doesn't stick out between all the Arianas and Ariannas. Rosabelle is too sweet and Rosamund is just not as nice as Rosalind. Rosalind is perfect.

In terms of style match, I would go with Lavinia.Elowen is my favourite, but it's a modern Cornish name, whereas Annora is an older name. I wouldn't pair them together. Totally different styles to me.Lavinia fits, as it's also an older name, and matches style wise, IMHO!

Elowen. I think it flows the best and is the same style as Annora.

i think either Elowen or Lavinia would work best. Elowen is my favorite of them all.
