They are all nice, solid names and you will be fine with either one. The only one I personally don't like is George, I find it a bit stuffy and I picture an old man in tweed.
Arthur and Alexander are my two favorites from your list, I guess it depends on whether you prefer the super popular name or the one that's slightly less common. And how much you like nicknames. I love Alex, but I also think it would be difficult to avoid a nickname for Alexander. I really like Thomas and Henry from the middle names as well.
