None of the names on your list are bad names in any way. But they are also very safe and kind of... boring. Can't go wrong with any of them.
Alexander is lovely but I hate the nickname Alex and the fact that people automatically shortens it. It would drive me crazy.
I feel the opposite with Samuel. It's okay as a full name but Sam is so much nicer.
Not really a fan of Arthur. George and Jack are probably my favorites from your list.
