I love that each of these names can be held by either gender without too much question. This confirms my own rule - if one really loves a name, that person(s) should use it - and endear the name upon the child, pet, or whatever else - whatever the gender may be. If the (child - ?) dislikes the name, hopefully the parent or guardian will help him or her change it.

Girls:
Addison - girl, because I just can't picture it on a guy. Like it, but not enough to use.
Dakota - girl
Delaney / Delani - girl
Everley / Everly - G to the I to the R to the L, cuz if she was a boy, it wouldn't work so well! :D
Hadley - all-girl
Harper - girl, but I don't like it bc "harping"
Hollis - girl, because of the "Holl" part, like in Holly
Journey - girl, but only as a GP
Quinn - girl; never liked it on boysBoys:
Amery / Emery - it used to be a GP of mine for girls, but now I think it's better on a guy.
Blaise / Blaze (was always boy until I seen it in a book for girls) - it's DEFINITELY all-boy!
Caden / Kaden (seen on both and was intrigued) - boy
Cameron / Camryn - Cameron for a boy, Camryn for a girl, although I prefer the first spelling, so boy.
Devin / Deven - Devin for a guy, Deven for neither
Drew - G to the U to the Y, all the way! I don't care how popular Drew Barrymore is.
Easton - um...how is this unisex? It's a boy name!
Finley - boy, although I used to love it on a girl (what the hell was I thinking?!)
Hayden - I used to love it for a girl, and even used it on a character in one of my stories, but that was five years ago. It's all-boy now!
Jaden / Jayden - boy and boy; I do like the spelling Jadyn for a girl, though.

Names I'd prefer on guys
Addison: I dislike it all around. I expect a girl, but think it would better suit a guy. M
Blaise / Blaze (was always boy until I seen it in a book for girls): gah, stuffed shirt. M
Carson / Karsen: boy, though I've seen it on girls and I don't like it. M
Devin / Deven: Devin is Totally A Guy Name. It's like Kevin. However Devon is Totally a Girl Name, and Deven is unisex. M / E
Easton: boy. When it's on a girl, it's a guy name on a girl, or else it's .. Sheena, is that you? M
Finley: ugh! Slightly worse on a girl. M
Galen: Could be used for a girl, but it's still a guy name. M
Hayden: I expect a guy but I feel it's unisex. Like it a little better as a guy name. M
Orion (was always boy then seen in book for both): this wouldn't be a good name for a woman. Yuck. It sounds too much like O'Ryan. M
Parker: the pedestrian name. Hate it. But it's more credible on a guy, more dumb on a girl. M
Paxton: Packs a ton. M
Payton / Peyton: football player. M
Riley: bad as a girl name. A bulldog. Spelled Rylie, maybe a girl. M
Rowan: has always seemed masculine to me, and mannish on a girl. M
Ryan / Rhyan: the name of too many men, to make a good name for a girl. The H would persuade me to expect a girl. M
Tyler (I know both): it's one of the less bad surname names that could be used on a girl. I wouldn't really mind it on a girl. I prefer it for a guy, but out of habit, not affection. M

Millennial namesI guess, more than suggesting gender, these seem like millennial names. It's hard to imagine them on anyone over 35, and most people with them are under 25. My parents were ahead of the trend a bit but, when I was growing up, there were always a lot of kids with names like this in the grades below me. These names just seem trendy and will be very dated one day soon.

Technically, they'd be more Generation Z than Millennial. Millennial names would be something popular in the 80s/90s like Ashley, Brittany, Tyler, or Taylor.

I think you're thinking of Gen Z. The youngest millennials are turning 22 this year, so most of them are over 25 already-- the oldest are in their mid/late 30s.

Addison -- the only one I know is a middle-aged woman, but I see it more on a manAmery / Emery -- totally neutral. I've known people of all genders with these namesBellamy / Bellamie -- seems more feminine to me. Blaise / Blaze -- Blaise seems male to me. Blaze ... can't really see it as a gender at all.Caden / Kaden -- abstain for obvious reasons. I'm female but ID as non-binary, if that helps.Cameron / Camryn -- Cameron seems neutral, Camryn seems like a feminizationCarson / Karsen -- boyDakota -- neutral. I've known both men and women with this name. Delaney / Delani -- seems neutral to me, with the i ending being more feminine.
.
. This list is very long. The gist is that most of them seem neutral. More importantly, why does gender matter? If you like a name and think it will fit, why not just use it irrespective of gender?

I don't like traditionally masculine names on girls, so I'm a bit biased, but...Addison - Boy please!
Amery / Emery - Love Emery for a boy, I wish it wasn't taken over by the girls!!
Avery - Boy! I hate this on a girl. It's so trendy and will be just as dated as it's counterpart Aubrey on females.
Bellamy / Bellamie - Hmm... It's a surname so that makes me want to say boy, but it's very uncommon as a fn and it does sound feminine... I'd say it can be unisex but I'd probably think someone named Bellamy was a girl.
Blaise / Blaze (was always boy until I seen it in a book for girls) - For girls, really? Crazy... Blaise is all boy to me and although I don't like Blaze at all, it's masculine too. Almost hyper-masculine IMO
Caden / Kaden (seen on both and was intrigued) - It's made up so I guess it could go both ways but the vast majority are boys and it sounds masculine to me.
Cameron / Camryn - masculine (Cameron spelling only of course... I do know two female Camerons but both go by Cammy / Cami)
Carson / Karsen- Masculine... I don't get why names ending in SON are given to girls!
Dakota- best for a dog, male or female. Not a person. I guess feminine if I had to say, but it's not really a personal name, it's a tribe name so it's weird gendering it
Delaney / Delani - I've only seen it on girls but it might be kind of cool on a guy now that I think about it!
Devin / Deven - I've known a female Devon and a female Devan, but no males. I know it's traditionally masculine though so that makes me want to say it's a boy's name, but I've only known girls with the name

Most of those names—if not all—could be masculine, especially Ryan, Tyler, Avery, Orion, Parker, Riley, Zane, Blaise, Jayden, and Hollis.
