Their personalities are really intetesting.
For the new one...
I like Alfonso Manuel but it seems too Spanish.
I like Alfredo but with James it clashes imo.
I like Victor but not Aldo (boring and dated imo).
Where they are from?
The surname is 'De Nemeses'. The 'De' is Italian so it remind the Monegasque part of the story. Nemeses and also the brother's name (Leonidas) seem Greek.
So in my opinion the best is Victor Aldo that I would change in Victor Alfredo.
Victor is not Italian not Greek but it is Latin and simple for Mediterranean languages to spell & pronounce. It is also a classic English name and an international one.
Alfredo instead is similar to Aldo but has more history in the Italian culture and could fit the Monegasque residence as there the Italian culture is as strong as the French one.
Victor Alfredo is a perfect name for a VIP's child who has an international and Mediterranean origin!

The family is of Portuguese descent, and their full name is Castelo - de Meneses. They originated from Santo Antonio in Madeira, southern region of Portugal. Overtime, the family spread out, roots in different places (M.K was raised in Canada, Franco is half Jewish from Israel, Rolph is Swedish Portuguese, and Leo is South African with Lebanese ancestry), but they all maintain their Portuguese roots, speak the language fluently and get really offended if you speak Spanish to them.
The last cousin is actually half-Bolivian , and he moved around from place to place. He's a de Meneses on his mother's side. If this helps you narrow it down, nice. I do like Victor Aldo.
