Dominic: I like it. Don't like Dom, but do like Nic. Slight religious association (Catholic).
Robin: I like it. Considered it for my son (husband rejected). Sometimes I think I'd rather Robert called Robin. Don't like it as a word-name on a boy. Sounds like a middle aged British guy. So what.
Mason: little golden boy. Association with freemasonry is weird. Meaning as a word, is too immediate for me to like it - when we need our chimney fixed we call a mason. It's not a bad name though, I approve of it.
