Out of those I think Abel would fit best with your family. It's Biblical, it's easy to say and spell, you'd have two kids with 6 letters and two kids with 4, and Abe is a friendly nn.
The others:
I wouldn't choose another J name in your shoes & Japheth is hard to say and doesn't appeal to me at all. Jairus is interesting, but you're going to get jair-us all the time.
Boaz: snakes! And by gum it's ugly, and I find Bo super annoying and flimsy. Sorry.
Sonny and Billy don't fit the theme. They do fit current trends, and I don't think they're going to sound that childish in amongst all the other nicknamey kids that will be their classmates, but they seem odd choices with three carefully considered Biblical siblings.
