Boaz - I find this name to be ugly and awkward to say but that's an entirely subjective opinion
Abel - I love Abel. I think it sounds friendly and warm and it will age well.
Jairus - it isn't a favorite of mine but I think it would fit well with your other kids and it would be a more offbeat name like Jethro
Japheth - I find this difficult to say and kind of lisp and I think you'd have some pronunciation problems with it from the general Australian population. Also, try calling Jethro and Japheth right after one another- it's a tongue twister!
Sonny - I actually adore Sonny even though I'm sure many people on this board will think it's silly. I know adults with the name and it sounds good on them and it always seems friendly and fun to me. I'm not sure it 'fits' with your other kid's names and the lack of good meaning (which I know is important to you) would be a mismatch too.
Billy - My main issue with this is that it doesn't seem to fit with your kids' names. It sticks out like a sore thumb. But I don't mind it as a full name, it works unlike some other nicknames as full names.
