I like Alyssa, Gwyneth, Jolene, Rain, Axel, Kane, Lucas, Noah and Silas. Riley Ray and Rain is a little too R-heavy though, so I wouldn't choose that. I think Alyssa goes best with Riley, but I probably like Jolene/Joline more. I think that Lucas and Noah goes best with Riley from the boys' names, so I'd chose one of them.

I'd discard all virtue names on this list. Faith In Man? Hope in Man? I know that isn't how your last name is pronounced but it jumps out and hits me in the eye anyway.
Also no Rain or Raina. Rain Man.I love Alyssa, but the repeated short-i sounds close together make Alyssa Inman kind of clumsy. Also Gwyneth, for that reason and just because I hate it and pairing it with Suzette makes it a very spitty combo.I like Keera, but that spelling isn't very good. Kira would be much better.
Kira Suzette?I'd also discard Landon, Owen and Quentin/Quinton, because they sound Foghorn Leghorn-like with your last name.
I really like Noah, but Noah Inman is somewhat clumsy. However, I think it's easily your best combo.

From your list:Girls — my favorites are Gwyneth Suzette, Meredith Nicole, and Patience Suzette. They are all strong, solid, and weighty classic names with balanced sounds and good histories. Would say that my absolute favorite here is Meredith. Boys — the only ones I like are Elias Jeffrey William and Silas Jeffrey William. Unlike your girls list your boys list is very current. It’s based on names popular now, rather than those that are more timeless. This isn’t necessarily bad, but it will lead to a name that is dated to the 2010s. It will also mean that your son will share his name with a lot of other people in his age group, being “Jacob M.” at school and work. Again, it’s not exactly bad, but it’s something I try to avoid. Also, I assume the middle names are honoring. Is that correct?

Girl Names:
Abigail Jane - A bit plain, but a solid name.
Alyssa Faith - I'm really not loving the flow of "Alyssa Inman" but it's not the worst it could be. I'm not sure how I feel about the initials "AI".
Faith Suzette - Solid, timeless. The name would be a sentence, though "Faith In Man".
Gwyneth Suzette - I love this as a combo - I'm a big fan of Gwyneth, but I don't think "Gwyneth Inman" has good flow, and if she went by Gwyn it's even awkwarder.
Hope Suzette - Exact same as Faith Suzette to me. Solid, timeless, forms a sentence "Hope In Man"
Jolene Faith - Not huge on this combo but it flows with your surname. It feels almost clunky next to Riley.
Keera Rain - I really don't like Keera - people would never spell it right (Keira, Kiera, Kira, Kyra, etc).
Meredith Nicole - I like this a lot, but it does feel dated. Solid choice regardless.
Patience Suzette - See Faith and Hope :) Patience In Man. I think Patience is my favorite of the three, though.
Raina Suzette - I love Raina, but your son's middle is already Ray.
Rain Suzette - Again, your son's middle is Ray. Also: Rain Inman = Raining Men?
Rowan Skye - Not huge on Rowan, and I don't like how it sounds with your surname
Zoey Suzette - I think this is my favorite. Suzette clearly means a lot to you, and Zoey Inman sounds nice together.Boy Names:
Axel William Jeffrey - Axel just always reminds me of axles and I can't get past that.
Creed William Jeffrey - I think you're just going to have an issue with word names with Inman as the surname "Creed In Man"
Elias William Allan - Love this!
Jacob William Allan - A little boring, but solid.
Kane Jeffrey William - Not a fan. I would avoid names ending in the -n sound since you have a lot of Ns in your last name.
Landon William Allan - See above, but Landon has better flow than Kane.
Lucas William Jeffrey -Very nice!
Merrick Jeffrey William - Not a personal fan of Merrick. Also: Merrick Inman = American Man
Noah William Allan - Love this! Note that Noah is the most popular boy's name atm.
Owen Jeffrey William - Again, ending in -en clashes with your surname.
Quentin William Allan - See above, but Quentin is a favorite of mine.
Raiden William Allan - Probably my least favorite. Raiden seems substanceless to me, the -en clashes, and it's really matchy with Riley & Raiden.
Silas Jeffrey William - Love this! I vote for either Abigail Jane Inman, Zoey Suzette Inman, Elias William Allan Inman, or Silas Jeffrey William Inman

I like Keera Rain and Raina Suzette, but I wouldn't use Raina / Rain with a sibling who has Ray as a name.I think Rowan Skye goes well with Riley Ray, but I don't personally like Rowan that much.
So here are my 3 favorites, as a sibling for Riley Ray Inman:Alyssa Faith
Gwyneth Suzette
Hope SuzetteI think those are all pretty, and I like the possibility of Aly or Gwen as a NN.
Lucas William Jeffrey
Merrick Jeffrey William
Silas Jeffrey WilliamI don't like any of the other FN options except for Owen, but I don't like how the -en sounds next to the In- of your surname.
