I like Keera Rain and Raina Suzette, but I wouldn't use Raina / Rain with a sibling who has Ray as a name.
I think Rowan Skye goes well with Riley Ray, but I don't personally like Rowan that much.
So here are my 3 favorites, as a sibling for Riley Ray Inman:
Alyssa Faith
Gwyneth Suzette
Hope Suzette
I think those are all pretty, and I like the possibility of Aly or Gwen as a NN.
Lucas William Jeffrey
Merrick Jeffrey William
Silas Jeffrey William
I don't like any of the other FN options except for Owen, but I don't like how the -en sounds next to the In- of your surname.
