Ava Rose, ordinary as it is, is vastly better than the other two. Ava Star is much better than Ava Starr, though. I don't like the way the word Diamond sounds, but I also think it cheapens the name. That's the irony of using "luxury" words as names; they always come across as cheap.

It’s difficult to say. Ava is lovely but far from uncommon, so pairing it with the equally lovely but also overused Rose is a bit of a yawn. On the other hand, Starr and Diamond sound like names that a teenager would think are cool, or, yes, adult film star names.

Of the three, I’d pick Ava Rose, but if you’re looking for other word-name options, what about

I feel sad for zircons. They're a genuine stone(except for cubic zircons)not necessarily a fake diamond. Like a garnet isn't a fake ruby, it's another red stone. and actually, sometimes prettier.

But probably no-one would call their child Zircon.

Dunno about that - today at lunch, the waitress's name was Peacely! At least Zircon (a) starts with a nice, cool Z and (b) is a real word.

Lol reminds me of the scene in Gigi were her aunt is teaching her about gemstones. She holds one up and Gigi guesses it’s a topaz. The aunt, scandalized, exclaims, “A topaz? Among MY jewels? Are you mad??? It’s a yellow diamond of the first quality.”
