I feel sad for zircons. They're a genuine stone(except for cubic zircons)not necessarily a fake diamond. Like a garnet isn't a fake ruby, it's another red stone. and actually, sometimes prettier. But probably no-one would call their child Zircon. Enough rambling, Tassie.

Dunno about that - today at lunch, the waitress's name was Peacely! At least Zircon (a) starts with a nice, cool Z and (b) is a real word.

Lol reminds me of the scene in Gigi were her aunt is teaching her about gemstones. She holds one up and Gigi guesses it’s a topaz. The aunt, scandalized, exclaims, “A topaz? Among MY jewels? Are you mad??? It’s a yellow diamond of the first quality.”
