Oh! Nice idea, I'm not opposed to giving a boy a traditionally female name.
I came across a male character named Nia and I really liked that. And a couple of my male relatives are named Salomé, so I've always seen that name as unisex.

I'm seriously considering naming a son Silva Nicomedes, and I might give a son the middle name Salomé.
