Chat isn't one I've heard of. Love the name Charlotte but always hated the nn Lotte. But recently I've been hearing people using Charlie as a nn and I think that's cuter than Chat.

Also, it could be interpreted as Chat with a K sound, or Chat with an S sound, and then that's Shat, and I don't think that's a great name for obvious reasons....
