I do think it's frilly but in a mostly pleasant way (as you said, upbeat). I don't know if I'd call it sophisticated, but it's not unsophisticated; it's a classic.I think it goes well with your kids' names, but I like the Annabel spelling more. My first thought was Annabelle and Olivia together. I could also see it going well with Athena, Camila, Mariah, Penelope, Dahlia, or Beatrix.But, if I were actually naming a twin, I'd just use one of my current favs for the other first name...Annabel and Esther
