Esme Frances
Ruth LucindaEsme Frances works very well, as my FIL's initials were EF - not that he went by either name, but he had them! And Esme is a family name. I've always loved Ruth, and a good friend of mine has a wonderful Ruth daughter. Once I had a cat named Lucinda but known as Cindy! I'd use Lucy IRL, as I think of it as a full name in its own right, but Lucinda's fine too.I'd also happily use Tessa, though not Tess, Louette (honouring) though not Alouette, and either Susannah (family name) or Suzanne (the form I prefer).
