I think first of the German city, bombed flat in the closing stages of the Second World War: not a very fem association. But then I think of those very delicate porcelain ornaments showing Marie-Antoinette shepherdesses and painted in pastel shades - the most stereotypically feminine items imaginable, but too sweet and in need of a good squeeze of lemon juice.I would expect a boy to be given the name; not sure why. Personally, I find both possible associations unattractive.
