Meredith: it sounds masculine to me, and I imagine a Meredith as a tall, gangly man with red hair and freckles, dressed in an old-fashioned suit, probably traveling through Europe by train.
Eliza: a dark kind of beauty, with thick, very nearly black hair and eyes, and olive skin. Very white teeth, and laughs a lot. Probably wearing a designer dress and sipping champagne, maybe she's an ambassador of some country or other? The name reminds me of the song "Where do you go to (my lovely) by Peter Sarstedt.
Clementine: assuming it's a typo? I'm afraid I think Clemontine is horrendous, but Clementine is lovely. A little girl, 10 or younger, with peach-toned skin and long strawberry blond hair.
Lauretta: tall, blond, and consumptive looking. Wears a dark green dress, sniffles a lot, and has an unfortunate, pug-like face.
Esther: lovely, dark, and very curly hair, an aquiline nose, and high cheekbones. Is objectively pretty, but her clothes are rather drab. Never seen without a book.
Lilliana: up-turned, pinched nose, kind of like Nicole Kidman's. Aged between 14 and 19, and wears "preppy" clothes.
Octavia: the eight child of either an Ancient Roman plutocrat, or a Victorian woman diagnosed with female hysteria. In the first case, she marries a man (who marries her for her money) for hid title (were there any titles in Ancient Rome? Who knows, not me). She wears lots of golden jewellery and spends her days petting peacocks, or whatever it is Roman aristocrats did. In the second scenario, she is one of the few of the ~16 children her mother had who survived into adulthood, and is slightly bitter about it. She wears sensible clothes, spectacles, and is some kind of scientist or other.

Agatha- I think of a women in her 30s, with short, auburn hair, green/hazel eyes, freckles, tall and elegant looking
Clara- strawberry blonde long hair, blue eyes, petite
Rosemary- long afro hair, dark skin, beautiful green eyes, wears vibrant clothing
Jane- could be someone of any age but I think of a woman in her 30s or 40s with straight mousy brown hair, blue eyes, pale complexion, wears simple clothes
Anthea- teenager, dark hair in two bunches, in school uniform with check skirt, youthful face, petite
Arletta- short blonde hair, serious-looking, acts quiet and intelligent but just doesn’t like socialising, tall, plain but elegant
Isobel- child aged 5-12, long golden plaited hair, innocent look, big brown eyes, her mother puts her in fancy dresses with frivolous bows
