Rhea - I really like the sound.
Piper - doesn't sound as dated as Patricia.
Kelli - I simply don't like the ending -ani.
Isabella - same as above.
Josephine - Josephine is really cute. Jayna sounds invented. But I like Jane.
Freyja - Fiona is also nice. But Freyja isn't an oger.
Makenzie - well, I hate Makenzie a little less than Makenna.
Masha - It just sounds better. Magdalena sounds hard because of the Magda- part.

♡ Rhea: I just think it sounds prettier than Romina.
♡ Piper: I don't like Piper very much but I like it far better than Patricia, which sounds stuffy and dated.
♡ Kelani: I think it's more modern and complex, though I do like Kelli (Kelly) as well.
♡ Isabella: It's boring but it's more my taste than Imani.
♡ Josephine: I think it sounds strong and romantic.
♡ Freyja. I think Fiona has an ugly sound.
♡ Makenzie: Dislike both but Makenna just annoys me for some reason.
♡ Magdalena: Again, dislike both. If I had to choose I'd go with Magdalena nn Lainey. I hate the sound of "Magda." Masha reminds me of mashed potatoes.

Rhea - I'm a sucker for an ancient Greek vibe
Piper - it's cute, and I don't like any of the nns for Patricia
Kelani - Kelli is far too cutesy for me
Imani - Isabella is nice, but Bella is overused and I hate Izzy
Josephine - Jayna sounds nice but dated, Josephine is a family name for me
Fiona or Freyja - don't know, I like them both
Makenna or Makenzie - neither, I can't get over the "son of" meanings
Magdalena - Masha doesn't sound like a people name

Rhea or Romina - Rhea (mythology + bird + overall vibe)
Piper or Patricia - Piper (sounds like a dog or cat name to me, but it's cute anyway and Patricia seems dated and I don't like Pat or Patty or Trish or whatever nickname)
Kelli or Kelani - Kelani (sounds nice, I tend to like -lani or -ani names even if I don't think of them often + Kelli is horrible, it's even more Kellyish than Kelly somehow)
Isabella or Imani - Imani (I like both but Isabella is a little too frilly/girly for me at the moment)
Josephine or Jayna - Jayna (I might prefer another spelling but Jayna is good + don't like the style of Josephine)
Fiona or Freyja - Freyja (I like both but I can't pass up a goddess name)
Makenna or Makenzie - Makenna maybe (I don't really like either, but I like Kenna + Makenzie with no C is confusing and Makenzie/Mackenzie/Kenzie is too popular or probably a little dated by now)
Magdalena or Masha - Masha (mainly just because I've been thinking about Masha lately. I like Magdalena too though.)

Rhea- not a big fan of either, but Rhea sounds a lot more elegant
Piper- again, not keen on both, but I don’t even like the shortening to Pat from Patricia
Kelani- I prefer the spelling Kalani but it’s still a nicer name
Isabella- despite it being more common and me liking unusual names, Isabella sounds pretty and elegant, but Imani doesn’t sound like a name for any age or any gender
Josephine- I don’t like the shortening of Jo or Josie but Jayna doesn’t appeal to me at all
Freyja- the j doesn’t bother me but it isn’t necessary, Fiona sounds a bit harsh if you know what I mean
Makenzie- I dislike both but you can shorten Makenzie to Kenzie which isn’t too bad
Magdalena- this name has grown on me, and I haven’t ever even thought about the name Masha

from your list I like Kelani, Isabella, Josephine, Fiona and Magdalena

Rhea, because of the meanings, but Romina sounds more complete to me
Patricia, even though I hate it, because I like Trish, and it doesn't make me think of plumbing or rhyme with hyper
Kelli, because Kelani looks like it's wannabe Hawaiian, which isn't a vibe I can pull off
Imani, because I'm so tired of Isabella, plus 3 syllables is generally better than 4, imo
Josephine, because it seems less recently dated than Jayna (reminds me of Shayna / Shaina / Janelle)
Fiona, because the yj in Freyja looks ridiculous to me
Makenna, because I like Kenna and don't like Makenzie
Magdalena, because I like the sound, plus it's a mountain range, but also because Mash* looks weird in English

Rhea, because I Romina kinda sounds like Grime, to me.
Piper, 100% because Patricia is so old-lady-ish
Kelani, but I prefer it spelled Kehlani
Isabella and Imani, I love both.
Jayna, Josephine sounds too dated.
Freyja, but I like it spelled Freja better.
Neither Makenna or Makenzie, I dislike both equally.
Magdalena, Masha sounds like the word Posh.
