My sister is looking for “B”names, doesn’t know gender yet.

My favored B names are so opposite most of the other names on my PNL (which tend to be more on the "romantic" side of old-fashioned) that it's almost comical:
Bennett (this is probably the only one that fits in with the rest of my names)
Beren (pronounced like "baron"); also probably Barron
Bruce

Blair
Bonnie

Brooke
As you can see, I'm not a huge fan of most male B names, though I hope this is still helpful.
