I'd go with Louisa or Thomas. I'm fed up with all Annie's and specially when used as a nickname. I like your other list better, and especially the boys names (and Julia).
None of the options are bad though, not just my personal favorites as I see them a bit boring. So it's only a matter of personal taste, you can't really go wrong with any of them.
Let us step into the night and pursue that flighty temptress, adventure.
