I think Bell / Belle / Bella can make almost any name / word pretty, but imo not with the word Blue.
blue in the face, blue balls, having the blues, blue alert etc
It’s quite a unhappy word, the addition of Bell doesn’t make it “happier”.
Does that make sense?
Bluebells are pretty spring flowers, but I don’t think it’s attractive as a name.
