What do you think about of this name Karlius?

It's ... well ... an Ancient Roman of "Karl" name.

And it's pronounced as "KAR-lee-US".

(I'm already aware that the name "Karl" doesn't exist back in the old Roman, but I made it, because I'm boring.)

A quick google search will return results of people with this name in real life so I don't think it's as new as you think it is.

And I'm with Jela in that I instantly thought of Carolus and Carolis.

Carolus

Karlius looks like a Lithuanian name, like Bronius, Danielius. It will be more Roman if you use 'Carlius'.

I prefer the Latinized form, Carolus.
