This works best with wild Greek mountain greens, though Cale can be substituted:2 lb Cale
lots and lots od squeezed lemon
slat 'n' pepper
Greek olive oilClean the Cale well. Boil 'till tender, strain, place in a large bowl, add salt 'n' pepper to taste, add lotsa fresh lemon juice and olive oil, eat.
