Unfortunately I can't find its origin but here It is spelled Kuchenaj.
It reminds me another Asian name: Kokachin https://www.behindthename.com/submit/history.php?id=235283
In this case being Princess of the Bayad tribe, the name is linked with a Mongolian language.
But I can't say if Qochenay has a similar origin.
