It is pronounced ['jesika] YEH-see-kah.
Keep in mind that Yessica is a misspelling (SS is not a consonantic group in Spanish) of Yésica (also pronounced ['jesika] YEH-see-kah), an attempt of adaptation of the English Jessica.
