Meh. It's not that bad but not one of my favourites either. It's not that it doesn't work for a little girl but it is very dated, and I don't think it will rise in popularity.
Having said that, Valerie is at least 10 times better than Valeria. Valerie sounds reasonably friendly, whereas Valeria sounds like the noise I make when I throw up. That's how much I dislike it.
