Adil

I think that Adil is a very nice name though I might be biased because I know someone with that name. :) The girls' form of it is Adila which sounds very beautiful. :) (Aa-dee-le [e in 'le' pronounced as in the first letter in elephant] is Adila pronounced at least when I've heard it used).

I like this name and the sound of it. My husband's name is Idir and everyone thinks I'm saying "Adil."

Has a Turkish sound to it, or maybe I'm just ignorant.

This was supposed to be my name, if I had been a boy. I'm sort of glad I'm a girl, actually, since I'm sure an Adil would have a harder time fitting in than a Layla (my name) would in an American school.
