I just love this name, it sounds so beautiful, delicate, classy, and feminine. It is also quite unique. Amandine is also a French cake made of almonds and vanilla buttercream, though it isn’t associated with it in France. I wish this name was used more!

Amandine would be an excellent name for a character in place of the overused, but attractive Amanda.

A nice name, but it is also the French term for a dish served with a garnish of almonds. (In French, "amande" is almond.)
