According to Wiktionary, the Uyghur word for "flower, rose" should be transcribed as 'gül' instead of 'gul':

This probably means that this name should actually be transcribed as Reyhangül. The same principle would also apply to the entries of Patigul and Aygul, though the latter would merely require moving the usage of "Uyghur" from that entry to that of Aygül.

Also see the Wikipedia article featured below, which shows that the letter -ü- is indeed part of the Uyghur Latin alphabet (ULY):
