Agafya Grushetskaya (1663-1681) was the first wife of Tsar Feodor III of Russia. Sadly, she died in childbirth at the age of eighteen, giving birth to a son who died as well.

Once again, Agaphya must be a ridiculously uncommon transcription. It looks silly and is not used. Due to the nature of Russian, I can only think of Agaphya in an archaic situation or a situation where a Russian text or name has been translated weirdly or through several languages.
