It's pronounced JOOTS nuh.
The Jyo is very similar to Jo, the y is almost silent. The 'ts' is pronounced as in 'its', 'spots', "what's", and na of course is just na.
I knew a Jyothsna, and I wonder if this is related... FYI, it was definitely hard for English speakers to pronounce, so we mostly just said JOESS-nuh.
I think the name Jyotsna looks pretty, but if only I knew how to pronounce it... :)
