I love Mae as a first name. I think it has a lot of spunk to it--retro and 1940s and goodness and stuff.May is fine, too, but it feels more sweetly old-fashioned than saucy throwback. I think of Louisa May Alcott. I tend to prefer Mae, and tonight is no exception. Array
