I love them both as nicknames, but I don't think they'd age well. Could you imagine a 40year old Allie?
As full names I like:
Alannah
Alexandra
Alice
Alicia
Allegra
Alyssa
...basically anything starting with Al ;)
For Callie, I like Callista and Calanthe.
Edit: Forgot to say that Alison is okay, but Allison feels like a surname to me.
