[Opinions] Tamsin and Artemis
What do you think of Tamsin and Artemis as a sibset? Would they be mistaken for boys, even though they are female names? Do they give off a masculine vibe? Also, just what do you generally think of the names apart as well as together? I am not sure I really like them enough to use them but I think I like them together.

I like both names very much, both apart and together. They suit each other very well for a sibset. I don't think that they would be mistaken for boys, but I already know they are female, I don't know how non-name nerds would see them.

I don't see Tamsin as masculine at all, but Artemis is to me, somewhat. Especially because most obvious nn's are Art and Arty (blech). Tamsin has a very UK/British vibe to me while Artemis is more exotic and mythological. A better sibset, imo, would be Tanith & Artemis. I don't see Tamsin & Tanith as similar in style, but I guess because they look and sound a bit similar, I associate one with the other. So Tanith was the first name that popped into my head. :b

I don't care for Artemis, but I love Tamsin and they are nice together.I don't think either of them give off a masculine vibe.

I think they make a great female/male sibset. They go very nice together but Artemis to me is male not female. I think of Artemis fowl.

Oh, I like that :)I don't think they'd be mistaken for boys. People will become more careful about guessing the sex anyway in the future, with all the girl Ryans and Rorys. Tamsin and Artemis are great together, I like it that they have similar sounds, but are not at all themey.

I think I would assume that they were a boy-girl sibset (that's what I thought when I saw the title of this thread). I love love love Tamsin; Artemis I'm not so fond of, and automatically think of as a boys' name, because of the Artemis Fowl books. I think that Tamsin and Artemis sound good together as a sibset though.
