I prefer the spelling Ren as a nickname for Ravenne (ra-VEN) or Renee. Ravenne is a more feminine form of Raven.

Ravenne/Renee Camille is my favorite. Also, Ravenne/Renee Verity.
Lark Sofia and Lark Emilia sound good.
