All girl to me and I really like it.

I really see it as a mn for both, that might be because I really need some more names for girls. I really do prefer it for a boy, as I do for most, if not all, unisex names.

Spelled this way, it's a boys name.

I don't like this spelling, but Shay for a girl is a GP of mine.

I haven't seen it before - but think it could work for either girl or boy. I really like Che (Spanish) on a boy - and Shai (I think a Hebrew boy's name?) on a girl (no idea why :) (edited for punctuation!)
