[Opinions] Elisabeth vs. Elysia
For quite a while, my top female combo has been Elisabeth Caitria "Lys". Caitria honours my great-grandmother, Catherine. I just love Elisabeth and the NN Lys.Lately, I've been liking Elysia more and more. I am in love with the meaning ("blissful"). Lys is still a viable NN.The problem? Elysia Caitria is ridiculously rhyme-y.I could just use Catherine, but Caitria is by far my favourite form of the name. Do you prefer Elisabeth Caitria or Elysia Catherine? What if I gave Elysia two MNs and used Caitria as the second MN? Elysia First MN Caitria. If the two names weren't back-to-back, could the combo sound okay? Any suggestions for a first MN? I'd appreciate any suggestions--names from my PNL, or anything you can think of.Thanks!

I can't stand Elisabeth. I'd much rather see Elysia, even if Elysia Caitria is somewhat rhymey together. No combo ideas right now--work's left my brain a little fried. >>Array

Elysia just dosen't look very neat. Elisabeth is slightly better than Elizabeth, in my opinion. I love Elisabeth Catherine as a combo.

I prefer Elysia, but it has problems with pronunciation and spelling. I agree Elysia Caitria has terrible flow. I prefer Elysia Catherine to Elisabeth Caitria, because the latter is quite a mouthful. You should be able to find a short mn to bridge Elysia and Caitria.Elysia Iris Caitria
