I love Calanthe.

Both names are very nice and I like that while they're unusual a more common nickname is available. (I would hesitate to use a very unusual name without a nn just in case the child didn't end up liking it)

I like Calanthe better, but probably just because it is easier for me to say. I also like the nn Thea as a nn for that.

I really like Calanthe. Calandra is pretty as well but seems a bit fluffier and less substantial.

Calandra reminds me too much of "abra cadabra" (sp?), sorry.

Calanthe and Calantha is a GP of mine, but I don't know about Calandra... I prefer a similar sounding name: Corisande.

I like both of them. I think I like them the same. At the very moment it's Calanthe but it might change soon. I wouldn't use any nicknames for them, though.
