LAH-lah.It's the name of a teletubby Sorry, but I think it would make an awful first name, it's very childish.

Lala is a teletubby. Don't go there. Ever.

I say LAH-lah. I love that it means tulip, as they are my fave flowers, but I wouldn't use it. To me it doesn't really sound like a name, more like sounds that someone is making! Sort of like when someone is singing or something.

LAH-lahI know a girl by this name. It's a nn for Eduarda, similar to Lalo being a nn for Eduardo. It's okay, but only as a nn IMO. The Lala I know has never been teased about her name, so it's usable.

DittoAnd if you want a name that sounds like LAY-luh, I prefer the Layla spelling to Leila. Cause Layla is a darn awesome song.

The Cyrillic reads as Lah-lah but there is no accent so I can't tell the emphasis. I would assume it was on the first syllable. All I can think of is someone singing. It feels like random sounds instead of a name.
