Verity's growing on me at the moment. I think Verity Rose seems fillerish, and Verity Rose Ambrosine is a bit over the top. Verity Ambrosine is very interesting and cool, but Ambrosine just isn't my favorite name.
I dislike Celeste, don't know why.

I love both Verity and Celeste - they're both amazing and very, very refined. You should be very careful if you don't want to break them, especially Verity.

Verity Rose is blaaaaaaah and way overly sweet. Verity Ambrosine is amazing in case of names (love Ambrosine and the meaning "immortal truth") and Verity Rose Ambrosine flows in a gorgeous way. :)

Verity Ambrosine is lovely.

Celeste is ok. Doesn't do much for me.

Verity Rose is the preferable combo of the 3. Celeste is nice... Are you thinking Verity Celeste (also nice) or Celeste with something else?

I've loved the name Verity since I was in school as a five-year-old and in the class were twins Verity and Timothy.
Of your combos I only like Verity Rose.
Verity Celeste sounds good. I had a vrief flirtation a few months ago with the name Celeste. It's underused and it's pretty.
