Both work fine for a person, but I prefer Cora, Amber's a bit 1980-ish. Not sure for a tiger, they both sound too "human".

I love both of the names. For a tiger, I think Amber would be better, though.

I don't like either that much...but since Cora on these boards is so awesome, why not say Cora? Amber would be good for a tiger imo, but is kinda boring on a person...
