What do you think of Kaia?
How would you spell it? Kaia, Kaya or Kaja? Do you like Caya or Caia? Caia has been growing on me.
Do you know anyone named Kaia (spelling variants)? How old are they?
Do you see it getting common? Could it make the top 100? Which spelling will get most popular?
Do you like Kaia Alexandria? or do you prefer Maya Alexandria or Maya Egypt?

I like it. I would spell it Kaia (k-EYE-ya) if I were to spell it Kaya I would pronounce it different. So Kaia. I like Maya Alexandria best.

Kaia is pretty. I like the spelling Kaia the best, I think. Caya and Caia are fine.
I don't know of anyone named Kaia. Maya is fairly popular, so I could see Kaya becoming more common, but right now, it's still pretty unusual in the U.S.
Out of your combos, I like Kaia Alexandria the best. Maya Alexandria and Maya Egypt both sound nice, but I would use a non-place name with Maya since Maya, Alexandria, and Egypt are all civilization/place names.
