Ottoline makes me think of an otter. As name associations go, this one is very strong; Ottoline is, unequivocally, a brown river otter.
HOWEVER. I like the name Ottoline. I don't see it ever working for me in practice, not if I can't get over that otter thing, but I think it is so fun to play with and it really does appeal to my tastes.
You have a lot of really great combos here, but my favorites are Ottoline Adele, Ottoline Cordelia, Ottoline Florence, and Ottoline Primrose. I'm especially fond of Ottoline Cordelia and Ottoline Primrose...gorgeous!
