She is Marguerite Siena Catherine nn Daisy- so I am kind of biased. I think it is gorgeous.

I like Nino better as a nn for something like Antonino. It is a little childish on its own.

Sorry, I am feeling very uninspired today when it comes to combos. I might come back later and edit some in!
