And how do you pronounce it? I had a friend growing up and she pronounced it Me-rah.Also WDYTO Mirabel/Mirabelle?

I think it's beautiful. I have a friend with this name too, and she pronounces it MEER-a. Her full name is Mira Shoshannah, and I love it!I don't really like Mirabel or Mirabelle.

I love Mirabel! It is my favorite of the "bel" names. I prefer the simpler spelling as well since the name already has some flair to it. And I think the nn Mira is quite cute! I personally say it Meer-ah.

I pronounce it MEER-uh. I think it's pretty. I especially love it as a nn for Miranda, but Mirabel is lovely too. I prefer Mirabel over Mirabelle; it just looks cleaner or something.

I pronounce it Mee-rah, and I love it! I can't ever decide between Mira and Mila though. I prefer Mila as a standalone, and prefer Mira as a nickname for Miriam. I dislike Mirabel.
