[Opinions] Noelle
This has really grown on me (I liked it a few months ago and now I'm rediscovering it). It's so simple and pretty.Do you see it used often (it's rising so I'm a bit worried)? As a first name or middle name?Would you put the dots on the E or not?

My middle name is Noelle, with those dots on the first e. I don't see it used often as a first or middle name in any spelling.
There might be problems with the dotted-e spelling depending where you are. Back around the time I was born it wasn't added to my birth certificate so it isn't on any of my ID.
There is also the problem of hearing the Christmas song "The first Noel" whenever you mention the name around children.
Truthfully though, I never liked my middle name as a child, but I do like it a bit more now that I'm an adult.

I love it too, it's a smooth, rich chocolatey sort of name to me! lolI only know one little Noelle. I see it used pretty often as a middle name, though. It has that perfect MN syllable-stress.

I like Noelle, it's beautiful. If you're not french/living in a french speaking country, drop the dots. I don't know anyone named Noelle, but I knew of a Noella (she's around 10 yrs of age).

It's okay, but just average in my opinion. I haven't seen it used at all, so I think it's pretty safe. I wouldn't put the dots on the e, because where I live it would get misspelled too often if it did have the dots.

I love Noelle (this spelling) and would love to use it as a FN. I think it will get a bit more popuar though.

Noelle is very pretty. I wouldn't put dots on the E, but you can if you want to.

It's a very nice name. You could use it anytime of year but christmas baby especially. This was my cabbage patches kids name.I would say don't sure the dots if you don't have a french last name. Its a nice name that I have never seen on a real person. So it's underused but not over the top strange.
