Totally usable and cute. Paula is a little dated and flat, but Paulina is fresh and sparkling again. It would be adorable to meet a baby Paulina. It makes me think of pale pink and yellow stripes, very delicate but proper.

My high school gym teacher was named Paulette. And I don't know a Pauline, but I know a Claudine - sorta close! :)
