I was at school with a Tessa Fay: her parents couldn't decide between Tessa and Pippa but went the Tessa route. Her little sister was Chloe. They had identical twin aunts named Chloe and Fay who had been everything twins should be, including joint head-girls of their school!
Unfortunately that doesn't help as a mn for Fay, though with Fay as a mn it does. But there could be a case for Fay Philippa? Fay Antoinette? Fay Gloriana? Fay Catriona? Fay Rosabel? Fay Estella?
