I have a friend named Ciara (KEER-a) and everyone always mispronounces it. When we start up school again, she'll want to be called by a nickname. Except, we both cant think of any. I thought of Ciar, but haven't mentioned it yet since she's been on vacation. Does anyone else know any nicknames?

Kiki would work. So would Ciar (but probably spelled Kir or Keer...) Ki would work too.

Ciara is a name that doesn't really lend itself well to shortenings... maybe spell it Kira? Ciar is cute but it'll still get "syaire" or something I bet.
